Kathy Kapinus - Bass and Vocals - Kathy got her first guitar when she was 12, and became interested in the era's folk music. Peter, Paul, and Mary, Linda Ronstadt, and Emmy Lou Harris were some of her early musical influences. Kathy was raised in a family that loved sacred music, and easily harmonized hymns and gospel songs. She became hooked on bluegrass after hearing the Bean Blossom, Indiana Festival soundtrack in the early 70s. Kathy performs for church functions with her husband, Bob, and helped to found the American old-time and Bluegrass group, Hillsound.
